The Dining Room At Woodlands
Enjoy masterpieces from the kitchen of South Carolina's only Mobil Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond dining room. A five-course tasting menu is offered nightly featuring eclectic preparations with pairings from the extensive wine list. Menus change daily at the Dining Room, to incorporate the freshest ingredients gathered from private gardeners, day-boat fishermen and farmers. In addition to offering five- or seven-course tasting menus, Executive Chef Nathan Whiting also prepares nightly a la carte selections which are divided into five different sections: Preludes, The Fields & Vegetable Gardens, From Day Boats & Fishermen, All Natural Farms, and Artisanal Cheeses.
In 2002, The Dining Room at Woodlands was named one of the top three restaurants in North America. The restaurant is located at Woodlands Resort & Inn, a restored 1906 revival home. Travel + Leisure Magazine has named Woodlands Resort and Inn the number two hotel in the Continental US and Canada and number 27 Worldwide.
