Carolina Collection. Tigers Paws, more commonly referred to as turtles, are a combination of various nuts, rich caramel and a chocolate coating. Packaged in garnet and black, the South Carolina Collection includes a variety of chocolate confections. The Double Shot Latte truffle won a gold medal at the 2007 American Dairy Goat Association's national competition. These truffles are made with goat’s milk from Split Creek Farm in Anderson.
